Run the event, not the spreadsheet
Full event configuration
Introduction, image, date, venue details, program schedule, B2B meeting window, meeting length, and named rooms or tables — slots are computed automatically.
Invite links & limits
One shareable registration link per event, optional attendee caps enforced server-side, and configurable per-visitor invitation limits (1–500).
Co-organizers
Add partners with full write access or assistants with read-only access. Collaborators are restricted to your email domain for safety.
Visitor groups & categories
Organize attendees into groups and categories with configurable defaults — the foundation for targeted matchmaking rules.
Activity & run logs
A full event log, unread activity badges, and matchmaking run logs with Excel export for every scheduling pass.
Visitor preview
Preview your event exactly as visitors see it — before you share the link.
Reputation & event reviews
A built-in reputation system rewards reliable networkers with points, levels, and badges, and lets attendees review the event afterwards — so organizers can see how their event was received and visitors build a track record across events.
Your own terms & GDPR policy
Upload your own terms of service and privacy policy for each individual event. Visitors must accept them at registration, and acceptance is enforced and recorded server-side.
Manual networking control
Start, pause, or end networking at any moment straight from the organizer toolbar — override the automatic schedule whenever your event needs it.
Scheduling that respects your rules
Mutual-consent matching
Visitors send, accept, decline, or withdraw invitations. Only pairs where both sides agreed are ever scheduled.
Custom matchmaking rules
Exclude or prioritize matches by position, activity, industry, language, country, group, or category. Blocked accepted matches notify the organizer.
Manual meetings & slot blocking
Create meetings by hand when needed, and block specific slots so matchmaking skips them — lunch breaks, keynotes, VIP sessions.
Self-healing schedule
Cancelled meetings free their slot and return the pair to the matching pool, so freed capacity is reused on the next run.
A profile, a plan, and the right contacts
Rich business profiles
Profile picture, company logo, company details, networking objective — with per-field privacy controls for email and phone.
Personal meeting schedule
All confirmed meetings ordered by time and location, with partner profiles one tap away.
Per-meeting chat
Coordinate with your meeting partner and the organizer in a private chat with unread badges.
Progress
Track your networking progress as you go: points earned, level reached, badges unlocked, and how you rank on the event leaderboard — a reputation that follows you from one event to the next.
Security as a feature, not a footnote
Hardened authentication
Email verification, optional email-based two-factor authentication, progressive lockout against brute force, strong password policy, and full session revocation on password change.
GDPR-compliant by default
Art. 13/14-compliant privacy policy with versioned re-acceptance, documented incident response aligned with GDPR and NIS2 timelines, and EU-focused operations.
Transparent security program
Published vulnerability disclosure policy, RFC 9116 security.txt, support and update policy, and software bills of materials (SBOM) for the full stack.
Reliable email delivery
Transactional emails — verification, notifications, warnings — are delivered through a retry-safe outbox, so nothing important is lost.
