From idea to schedule in five steps
Create your event
Add the introduction, image, date, venue, and program. Define the B2B meeting window (e.g. 10:00–16:00), the meeting length (e.g. 20 minutes), and name your rooms or tables. The platform generates every time slot for you.
Share your invite link
Every event has a unique registration link. Send it to your attendee list — visitors register, verify their email, and build their business profile in minutes.
Set your rules (optional)
Group visitors into categories, set per-visitor invitation limits, block slots you want kept free, and add exclusion or priority rules by industry, language, country, or group.
Watch the schedule fill
Automated matchmaking assigns mutually accepted pairs to free rooms and slots. You see every registration, meeting, and chat in your dashboard — with unread badges and a full event log.
Adjust on the fly
Cancel meetings, create manual ones, or handle cancellation requests from visitors. Freed slots are reused automatically on the next matchmaking run.
From invite link to confirmed meetings
Register via the event link
Open the organizer’s invite link, create your account, and verify your email. Choose whether your profile is kept permanently or deleted automatically after the event.
Build your profile
Add your photo, company logo, company details, and networking objective. You decide whether your email and phone number are visible to other visitors.
Browse & invite
See all registered visitors, open full profiles, and send meeting invitations to the people you want to meet. Withdraw, accept, or decline invitations at any time.
Get your schedule
Once both sides accept, matchmaking assigns your meeting a time and place. Your Meetings page shows everything ordered by time and location.
Meet — prepared
Chat with your meeting partners beforehand, review their profiles, and arrive knowing exactly whom you’ll meet, where, and when.
What the matchmaking engine guarantees
No double bookings
A visitor is never scheduled into two meetings at the same time, and a room never hosts two meetings in one slot.
Consent first
Only invitations accepted by both sides are scheduled. Declines are silent — the other side is never embarrassed.
Nothing is wasted
Cancelled meetings free their slot immediately and the pair returns to the pool, so the next run can reuse the capacity.
